You have such a cheerful and gracious spirit! (I don’t know anyone else who could put up with me, Chrissy, Nickie, Elyssa and our best friend -sarcasm- for 3 weeks. 🙂 ) I love traveling with you, because no matter what the circumstance, you never seem to get stressed! (Well, at least you don’t show it.) Like, even when you dropped (and momentarily lost) your passport at the airport in Singapore, you were so calm and mature. And even when you had the stomach flu, you still played piano and did your skit parts at the conference in Singapore. (If you weren’t stressed in those situations, know that Elyssa and I were stressed for you! :-))
You’re so encouraging and sweet, and you are an example to me as you take the time to minister to others even when you don’t feel like it.
We’ve always stuck together in Bright Lights. Probably because we were the “younger girls” of the group, and then the “babies” of the leadership team. But what fun we had! I have so many cherished memories of our times together over the past 10 years. Your love for the Lord and your desire to seek Him with all of your heart has always been, and always will be a great example to me.
I’ve probably violated the “length of post” rule, but I’ve really only just begun. I hope that you have a very happy birthday, and I’m praying that the Lord overwhelms you with His love and grace this next year.

Wow! It’s hard to believe it’s been more than a year already since Harmony! First off, I just want to thank you for how your family has been a great example to me in the past year. As you all have ministered full-time to others through seminars, conferences, and personal evangelism, at home and abroad, I have been encouraged and challenged by your faith in sharing the Gospel with others, your enthusiasm in showing God’s light to those who God brings into your life, and your joy in walking with the Lord every step of the way. Thank you for being an example to me in this way!
II Corinthians 4:7 says, “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.”
As you enter another new year of your life, may God bless you to continue to know Him more and more, to continue to delight in His love and walk in His ways, and to continue to have His perfect will worked out in your life!
