Available for church or small group events
Hosting an online conference in your area is a great way to encourage families and enjoy a time of fellowship together.
What does it take to host an online conference?
Get started
Decide when and where you want to do it. Depending on the size of your group you may want to have it in a home or at your church.
Then contact us to make sure that the dates are available and let us know which conference you would like to host.
Invite your friends and church family! This can be as big or as small as you want. Pray about who you should include.
Prepare
Keep praying! Ask that God would prepare the hearts of each person who will be a part of your event and that they would come away encouraged in their faith and with a desire to seek and know Him more.
Consider asking others to help you with the hospitality details. You can do as much or as little as you want. Some hosts have gone all out with decorating and special refreshments or meals, while others keep it simple.
Logistics
The material is designed for a two day conference. This gives plenty of time for watching the sessions, discussion and fellowship.
Two weeks before the conference we will ship the materials for all who have registered for your event.
Access to the sessions is via a link on our website. You will need reliable internet to show the videos.
Cost is $10 per attendee
(minimum of six attendees)
