The four Bright Lights interns (Alexandra, Karissa, Hannah, and Mary) helped to teach Bright Lights last night. They all did a great job. And, of course, everyone enjoyed the funny skit they planned.
The topic of the meeting was guarding our words. The girls emphasized a practical way to screen what comes out of our mouths. Before you speak, ask yourself three questions.
1) Is it true?
2) Is it kind?
3) Is it necessary?
If it doesn’t fit into these categories, don’t say it!
Jesus said:

I think this is wonderful! I heard this spoke about at a ladies retreat about 8 years ago. I still think about this to this day! It made a real impression on my heart and I am sure it will on your Bright Light Girls!
